The staff employed by Lazy Caterpillar is required to wear a face-covering mask at all times. We have trained our staff to reduce service approaches to tables, in order to minimise staff contact with customers. We encourage our staff to remind customers to follow social distancing advice and clean their hands regularly. We have also arranged for contactless payment methods. Our staff cleans surfaces and equipment between each customer use to ensure safety of employees and customers. We are one of the first Shisha providers to offer customers an option to use disposable shisha pipes. Two meters distance rule between tables is applied for seating arrangement. We are also using screens or barriers to separate people from each other with risk mitigation, where the two meters rule is not viable.
